Welcome to Digitizer ("the Software"), an open-source application for digitizing physical artwork. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Digitizer and represent a binding agreement between you and Edge of Dusk ("we," "us," or "our").

Digitizer is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or any later version (AGPLv3+).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using Digitizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Software.

4. Use of the Software

You may use Digitizer for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms and the AGPLv3 license. You agree not to:

• Use the Software for any illegal activities
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Software except as permitted by the AGPLv3
• Use the Software to harm others or damage their property

5. Intellectual Property

• All artwork digitized using the Software remains the intellectual property of its original creators
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to digitize any artwork they process

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no guarantees about the Software's reliability, availability, or ability to meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGE OF DUSK BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
